Cancellation & Refund Policy – mynus UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
At mynus, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or alternative proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
- Send an email to shop@mynus.de including your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the product.
- Once your return is accepted, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how to send your package
- Returns must be shipped to: mynus UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Gabrielenstr. 14, 80636 Munich, Germany
Important: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at shop@mynus.de if any item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made products / personalized items
- Sale items & gift cards
Exchanges Exchanges are processed via a return and re-order:
- Return the original item as described above.
- Place a separate new order for the desired item.
EU Right of Withdrawal For deliveries within the EU, you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order within 30 days, without giving any reason. The return conditions remain as described above.
Refunds
- You will be notified as soon as your return has been inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@mynus.de.
